Colonel Daniel J. Blimp (Howard Vernon) of the British Secret Service travels to Bangkok to investigate the death of the British Ambassador, murdered by an assassin during a party held in his residence. The assassin was seriously wounded and taken to a hospital. Colonel Blimp makes contact with a Secret Service agent by the name of Jonathan Keats (Christian Borck) and his investigations lead him to discover that the assassin who killed the Ambassador is blind and that his black skin is due to a strange mutation.

Then Keats is also murdered and agent Philip Sanders (José Llamas) is sent in from London. He will help the Colonel and the Ambassador's daughter, Marion (Helena Garret), to solve the case and to bring down the dangerous sect behind it...
