When a deadly virus is stolen from a government research laboratory by a terrorist group, nobody imagines the chaos it will cause.

The authorities react to the laboratory raid swiftly but secretly-after being found to be immune to the virus, Robert Neill (Hobbs), an anti-terrorist agent, is recruited to investigate. Led by Chief Inspector Michael Bowen (Morton), they attempt to track down the terrorists and isolate the virus.

Things do not go according to plan though, as members of the terrorist group begin to die horribly and deaths under 'mysterious circumstances' are reported across Europe. But the virus-infected victims are not as dead as they first seem...

Neill gets deeper into a trail of corruption and conspiracy; betrayed by those closest to him and to the investigation, he realizes that the only way to be sure of safety is to secure an area and contain the virus.

The virus' creator, Dr. Nicholas Kent (Arnold), gets infected and looks frantically for an antidote while Neill has no one to turn to as The Porcelain Man reaches its dramatic and gruesome climax.
