All orders are processed via a secure
server in order to maintain the highest security possible. We
accept payment in the following forms: VISA, MASTERCARD, PERSONAL CHECK
& MONEY ORDER. We do NOT accept payments via PAYPAL. If you order by credit card your card will not be charged until the items
have shipped. If you have any questions regarding an existing

with the order # and we will answer any questions you may have. If
you plan to send a check, money order or you credit card info it should

We also accept fax orders to 419-715-3568. For fax
orders please fax over the printed out order from the website (along
with card info) or just fax over a typed or written order with billing
and shipping addresses along with a return fax number.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are based by weight and
destination postal code. The shipping costs will be calculated
during the checkout process. Within the US we ship USPS Priority
Mail, USPS 1st class, USPS Media Mail and FedEx and FedEx Ground/Home
Delivery. Outside of the US we ship Airmail, EMS (Express) and
FedEx International Priority.
REFUNDS
Any item that is still sealed can be
returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Any opened item
can only be returned if the item is defective. All returns can be
initiated by emailing orders@xploitedcinema.com
within 30 days of initial delivery of the item. Please reference
the order # and the item(s) that are to be returned.
