Paul (Alec Newman) is an aspiring novelist with writer’s block who literally bumps into the charismatic and dangerous Billy (Marc Warren) when they are involved in a minor car crash. Following a drink in a nearby strip club, Paul learns that Billy is a photographer who lives life at the very edge. His lifestyle is a whirlwind of excess involving drugs, orgies and illegal betting.

That very same evening, Paul also meets single mother Juliette (Sienna Guillory), and an instant mutual attraction leads to a passionate relationship. However, despite moving in with Juliette and her young son Harry, Paul remains intrigued by Billy and his fast-moving lifestyle.
