John Garko is back as Sartana, the larger than life gambler, gunfighter, philosopher, con-man and avenging angel all rolled into one!

In this, the fifth and widely considered the best of the Sartana films, Sartana pits the greed of man against himself as he travels to a local prison to free Grande Full (played by Piero Lulli), a local entrepreneur and legendary gunman who claims to know the whereabouts of a half-million dollars in gold.

Sartana enlists the help of a wise old gambler named Pon-Pon and his deadly assassination robot named Alfie. But on their trail too, are the local sheriff and his henchmen, a greedy half-crazed general named Monk, a local widow and her hired gun, a federal agent named Puttman, and just about every bounty hunter and gun-slinger in the territory! In a series of plot twists, double crosses, side deals and crafty set-ups, Sartana finally learns the secret of the gold's whereabouts from the most unlikely villain of all!!!
