Carlo Lizzani's cult Spaghetti Western starring Lou Castel, Mark Damon, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Franco Citti & Luisa Baratto. Mark Damon plays a Union general who slaughters an entire village in order to cover up for his crimes. He unknowingly leaves behind one survivor, a young boy who is brought up by a family of Christians. The young man, Requiescant (Lou Castel), grows up as a bible-toting bounty killer out for revenge.
