THE SADISTIC BARON VON KLAUS [LA MANO DE UN HOMBRE MUERTO] (1962):
This gothic masterpiece takes place in the idyllic village of Holden, which gets thrown into turmoil when a string of young women are stabbed to death by what appears to be an ancient dagger. Superstitious residents believe the violence to stem from a curse placed on the town by a 17th century Baron called Von Klaus. When the Baron's heir arrives in Holden, he is assigned the dangerous task of ridding the town of this murderous curse.
