An unnamed psychiatrist in an asylum begins having strange hallucinations that Coffin Joe is going to be putting the moves on his wife, so that he produce the ultimate child (an ongoing theme in Marins' work). The man sees, through his mind, Coffin Joe torturing and sexually abusing people and beings to very quickly lose his grip on reality. So the Doctors in the hospital have Marins himself show up to convince him to return to sanity. Of course, in the world of Coffin Joe, nothing goes as planned, and there are all manner of bizarre things sure to occur.
