THE DEVIL'S EXPERIMENT:
A Video Tape and letter are given to the Tokyo police in a small discreet envelope with no return address or postal mark. The letter tells of an experiment on human endurance and how much the human body and mind can endure before succumbing to death. The tape ("The Devil's Experiment") is watched by the police and quickly turned over to their superiors. Both the tape and letter are untraceable. The video reveals a group of sadistic young men who have captured a woman and are filming her torture (which includes piercing her eye with a very long needle), all for the purpose of finding the breaking point at which a human being can no longer endure the pain of life. They found it, and have been kind enough to share it here.

THE ANDROID OF NOTRE DAME:
A scientist's sister has a dreaded heart disease that is slowly killing her, leaving him desperate for any possible cure. A mysterious stranger who has been watching the scientist's every move comes forth, offering a human body: a Guinea Pig; on which the necessary research can be done in order to save his dying sister. After ritually dissecting the female cadaver, he determines that this new found guinea pig is too old for what his plans require. Now the cycle must repeat itself on the next unwilling recruit.

MERMAID IN A MANHOLE:
A man is arrested in Okinawa Japan for the dismemberment of a woman. Police are puzzled as to the explanation of the circumstances surrounding the horrendous murder. The man "who we cannot name here" was promptly arrested at the scene. A psychiatric evaluation is performed on the murderer and the prognosis is schizophrenia. Still in a comatose state and jabbering incomprehensibly, only two words are ever understood. The words are BEAUTIFUL and MERMAID. Over and over he repeats them until his mouth is parched and his lips cracked and even then his raspy voice still whispers the words until he lays unconscious…

HE NEVER DIES:
The Tokyo police answer the call of a frantic couple who say they have discovered their friend’s body, mutilated beyond belief. When the police arrive they suspect foul play. Pieces of the corpse are strewn about the room in a fashion that shows someone has been playing with the body parts while the body was being dismembered. Evidence is tagged and bagged and the pieces of the man’s corpse are sent to the morgue for a thorough autopsy. There they discover the incredible truth. All of the slashes and gouges were administered with the right hand and, from closer examination of the angle of the slash marks, they came to an outstanding conclusion. They were made by the victim's own hand.

FLOWER OF FLESH AND BLOOD:
This is probably the most intense and controversial of the Guinea Pig series. The bizarre artist Hideshi Hino who received an unidentified parcel in 1985 from an overly enthusiastic fan. It contained one 8mm film, 54 still pictures and a 19-page letter. The letter told Hideshi about a horrible crime that was actually filmed and documented. It was only to be shared with special people of like minds and to be kept a secret. After viewing the stills and watching the film Mr. Hibino turned the evidence over to the police. This was the first documented case of a snuff film ever made.

A historian noted after viewing the video that the torture perpetrated in the film was similar to that performed by samurai executioners of 16th century AD Japan during the reign of the Shogun Tokugawa leyasu. The ritual itself was perverted from the original concept and visited upon a helpless female victim. It was twisted to coincide with the perpetrator's own beliefs and more then likely represented what he considered the embodiment of art and release from this world. We can only guess at who the cameraman was. He was accomplice, witness, provocateur and the documenter of a delusional schizophrenic with a penchant for bloodletting and necromania. Just for the sheer fact that he filmed it, the man behind the camera must have his own personal demons to contend with.

In the original film the man dressed as a Samurai, drugs the woman while speaking to the camera. Letting all who watch see into his mind as he explains the beauty of what he is doing. He then proceeds to slowly dismember and disembowel her, culminating the act by decapitating her in painfully gruesome detail. Nothing is left to the imagination…

DEVIL DOCTOR WOMAN:
The final film and DVD in the Guinea Pig series, DEVIL DOCTOR WOMAN is a wacky and outrageous gore comedy that follows the exploits of Peter, the Devil Doctor Woman, in the underground surgery scene in Tokyo where the craziest patients are skillfully manipulated and cut up in the wackiest bedside manner this side of the Rising Sun.

Also included is MAKING OF DEVIL DOCTOR WOMAN - a behind the scenes look at the filming of the good doctor, she cuts up the makers of the movie.
