Bloody and violent jungle action from Filmark's Thomas Tang! Two American Red Cross workers have been captured by the Vietcong. The Red Cross workers have been a vital link in the information chain delivering Vietcong movements back to South Vietnam. Orders come in from the US to free the hostages, but the South Vietnamese special force called in to do the job seem a bit reluctant to once again come to the aid of the Americans.

A nurse and chemist, both South Vietnamese, have also been captured and this convinces the South Vietnamese force to team up with the Americans to bring the 4 back. During a bloody fight on the way to complete their mission the South Vietnamese's troop leader is murdered and the US leader is captured. Both sides now battle to the death in a bloody fight to free the hostages.
