Vincenzo (Tomas Milian), a hunchback, carries out a robbery with the aid of three criminals who, deciding that he will be easily recognized and may talk when captured, decide to double-cross and shoot him. Unfortunately for them he is only wounded and escapes into the sewers. Later he plans violent revenge on the men who deceived him and kills them off systematically whilst the police frantically comb the city for them. When they capture his twin brother, a car mechanic, the trouble really starts... Directed by Umberto Lenzi and also stars Pino Colizzi, Isa Danieli. Mario Piave & Sal Borgese.
