ORDERS (VIA WEBSITE, MAIL, FAX & PHONE)

All orders are processed via a secure server in order to maintain the highest security possible.  We accept payment in the following forms: VISA, MASTERCARD, PERSONAL CHECK & MONEY ORDER. We do NOT accept payments via PAYPAL. If you order by credit card your card will not be charged until the items have shipped.  If you have any questions regarding an existing order please email orders@xploitedcinema.com with the order # and we will answer any questions you may have.  If you plan to send a check, money order or you credit card info it should be made out to Xploited Cinema and can be sent to:

All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless we inform you otherwise.  Most orders within the USA are shipped via priority mail, but other forms of delivery are possible. International Orders are shipped via Airmail or FedEx.  We are not responsible for International Orders that are held up in customs.  The buyer assumes all risk in regards to their own country's customs department.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are based by weigh and destination postal code.  The shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.  Within the US we ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS 1st class, USPS Media Mail and FedEx and FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.  Outside of the US we ship Airmail, EMS (Express) and FedEx International Priority.

REFUNDS

Any item that is still sealed can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs).  Any opened item can only be returned if the item is defective.  All returns can be initiated by emailing orders@xploitedcinema.com within 30 days of initial delivery of the item.  Please reference the order # and the item(s) that are to be returned.
